Today we had a full HVAC install done by I.C.E. and we couldn't be happier. Yesterday a system checkup showed that our system was failing and it was made more sense to replace rather than repair. The initial tech Kevin showed us photo and videos of the problems and the Engineer Brandon came out to verify and completely explain the situation to me.

Today a team of 4 installation techs were very efficient in removing and installing the new system. Vance and Sean stayed for the entire install and even did a through clean up to include sweeping the access way they use. When they were done the went over the operation with me and answered my questions completely.

Today I.C.E. Heating and Cooling techs, Vance and Sean, installed a Panasonic ERV to replace a basic AprilAire ventilator installed by my builder at my home at Lake Anna. The install was neat and professional. Vance and Sean cleaned up all the debris and made sure I knew how to use the newly installed ERV.

I have been using I.C.E. for basic maintenance and decided to use them for a advanced ERV install. I was not disappointed.

I highly recommend I.C.E. for basic maintenance and system install.

I have been happy with the service and staff from ICE and with them a few years. Very professional, friendly, and responsive. And they give good advice that can save you money. I would recommend them to my friends.
