“Wonderful, fun, welcoming environment! You’re hard pressed to find more talented, inspiring teachers with backgrounds and continued education to back it up. I travel 30 minutes one way to this studio on a good traffic day, and it’s worth every drive! I always learn something new. I’m always recommending this studio to my clients and friends.“

“I have been working out with Nick (personal trainer) and he has taught me so much about the equipment and what to work on to get my dream body!! If anything, everybody should have Nick as their personal trainer!!! Also the gym is super clean and nice. They have every equipment you can think of. Someone is always wiping the floors and equipment.“

“I have been going to Jen for massages for years and she is one of the best massage therapists. She brings a wealth of information to her clients on integrative medicine, yoga and massage. I highly recommend her business.“

“This place is absolutely amazing! The massages I have received there have left me feeling AMAZING after. My wife has said the same. The owners also go above and beyond to work with you and make sure they are doing what will help you in the massage. My wife is deaf, and the therapist had spent a lot of time getting notecards together so he could adequately communicate with her and work with her for her birthday massage. Truly means the world to both of us with things like that.“

“The studio is warm, inviting, and Elizabeth has done an excellent job creating a sense of community. I've taken classes with her and Kim, and have used what I've learned there in developing my own home practice. Both instructors are so FOUNDATIONAL and intentional - I hear their voices when I keep my shoulders on my back, and resist the urge to throw myself into a cobra. One thing I have noticed is less-than-body-positive talk from substitute instructors - I'm not taking a yoga class to 'work anything off', 'burn fat', or 'earn an extra [whatever]'. That can be disheartening to a bigger body.“

“This studio is looking for new space in Fairfax...it will be worth the wait. In the meantime, do a class on zoom or in Arlington. This yoga studio, wherever you access it, has a wonderful vibe. Teachers are challenging and nurturing to the whole you! They give great verbal cues during class as well as lots of cool ideas to take with you throughout your day. I've had the benefit of taking classes @ Sun&Moon for 8 years. It's a community that is open and welcoming to all. See you on the mat!“

“Great atmosphere and very friendly people! Like seriously, the owner and instructors at this place have to be some of the most welcoming and nicest bunch of people that I’ve ever met.I tried their free 3-day yoga pass and enjoyed it. However, I will say that this studio places (or seems to place) a heavy emphasis on spirituality vs. yoga as a form of exercise/fitness. As someone who’s loosely spiritually, at most, it was a nice thing to experience, but was a bit too much for me personally. So if you’re like me, and enjoy meditative practice in your yoga sessions but want the focus to be on fitness/balances/cardio, this might not be for you either. I also found myself wishing that they had more class offerings throughout the week, but they are a small privately owned studio, so I get it. Overall, I would very much recommend this place to anyone looking to really incorporate their inner spirituality into their yoga practice. Namaste!“

“Nice, small studio that has everything you need for a class. Its size gives you a rather intimate experience.... sometimes hard to believe you're doing a Bikram style class. The classes are never full so there's always room for your mat and no one is blocking you. There are 2 showers for females so that adds to the convenience.“

“Review update regarding the men's sauna always bring broken. Management reached out to me and indicated a new sauna has been ordered to replace the most recently installed sauna. Further they are working to try to get the current sauna operational.“
