Highly recommend anyone wanting to learn how to use the gym better and get in better shape to come see Marcus. He will work with you on a plan that makes sense and ultimately get you in the shape you want to be in.
About LA Fitness
LA Fitness is a well-equipped gym that offers a range of amenities. It has modern equipment, a refurbished basketball court, a clean pool with minimal bleach use, saunas, and a Kids Klub. The staff is friendly and encouraging, providing excellent customer service. Members enjoy the Zumba classes and find the gym overall wonderful. The hot tub is also very good, and the pool area is well-maintained. However, some members have noticed that certain elliptical machines are broken or have rusted cup holders, which can be frustrating. Despite this, there are plenty of workout areas and machines available. The facility is popular and offers a welcoming environment for members.

The NEW PILATES Studio is awesome. Classes and instructors are so helpful for stretching and building back strength! Especially great for us SENIORS! Give it a try at LA FITNESS in MANASSAS!!! I love it!!!

Been doing personal training sessions with Marcus for about a month now and I've already seen some improvements in the mirror. He keeps things fresh, changing my workouts all the time so it never gets stale. The other trainer I see often (don't know his name) also seems very engaged with his clients. If you need that extra push to get past your own personal blocks, I recommend this.
Outside of the personal training part of this gym, yea, it gets busy after the work day. But that's every gym in this area. What are you gonna do? I will say it's a bit sad the stair masters are not all functional. They seem popular, I know I like them, but about half of their machines… read full review
