“Three weeks ago, our HVAC system started malfunctioning. The temperature in the house hovered around 80°, and the system would freeze up, forcing us to turn on the fan to defrost it. We have a 3 month old baby and having the house so uncomfortable is dangerous. Also as someone who always tends to feel hot, moving from one room to another while sweating was incredibly frustrating. We had two different companies come out to address the HVAC issue. Each company spent about 10-15 minutes here and then left. They both provided different assessments, but ultimately, the HVAC was still not repaired. Our friends from church strongly recommended Shane's services. Cedric spent over two hours here. He discovered that the coils were clogged with dust underneath, so he cleaned everything thoroughly and then performed a tune-up on the entire system. Our hvac now is working better than ever! I can go back to cuddling with my baby again and not sweat ?“

The pricing was fair and reasonable. They also replaced my drip pan after it was found rusted through and cleared my condensation drain line. “I was referred from a friend to this company to fix my heat and I will never use anyone else except Ocean Air! My heat went out the day after snowfall in vb- I had the gas company and an experienced hvac friend come take a look. Both confirmed the same part needed to be replaced for my gas heat. I did not want to wait as I have a young child and was referred to ocean air.
I called ocean air and they scheduled to come out the next day (be mindful snow just landed and I’m sure business was booming for them). The gentleman showed up within the hours the kind lady who took my call said they would, he was in and out within 30 mins for my issue with my furnace, he confirmed the gas company and a friend were correct on what needed to be fixed, which made me feel at ease that I wasn’t getting “ripped off”.
Pricing… you won’t find another company like it. It was fair, reasonable, and less expensive than what I thought!
I wish I remembered names, but the nice lady took my call morning of 1/23 and the tech came on 1/24 around 130p.
