43360 Defender Dr, Chantilly“I happened to be in the area the other day and tried out this location. WOW, so much better than the One Loudoun location that I wish I lived closer. It's bright, spacious, and clean. Seems like way less broken equipment and newer equipment where you can actually read the labels on weights and such. The staff were very friendly and helpful too, and the locker rooms are a bit nicer. None of the broken shower doors and such like One Loudoun. My only complaints with this location would be that the sauna seemed like it was barely on, and they could use a tad more equipment. Seems like they have all that space but I didn't see a good decline press machine or leg curl machine and some other standards. Their functional fitness area also looked fairly basic.“

9946 Liberia Ave, Manassas“Really enjoy working out here. Broad selection of equipment, the staff is friendly and it is generally kept clean. Not giving a 5 out of 5 because the weights need to be re-racked after use more. Some of the patrons like to leave them wherever they used them. Poor gym edicate. Guess it's a pet peeve of mine having cleaned a gym on weekends as a teenager. Its just good courtesy for your fellow gym mates.“

The culture here is very welcoming and supportive to everyone. I have met some really cool people and we've improved together. There is great comradery all around. CFH is a great representation of both the Herndon and Crossfit communities. I would highly recommend CFH to anyone, from beginner to expert, who is interested in getting healthier with CrossFit.And if that wasn't enough. There are also cute puppies on site regularly.“

3903 Fair Ridge Dr UNIT 203, Fairfax“Was unsure of signing up due to quite a few bad reviews, but decided to do a guest pass since this is the closest gym and NOVA traffic sucks.This is my experience going at around the same time of day each time: It's overall a good gym. Plenty of machines/racks and the locker room is clean. You'll be hard-pressed to find a better gym than this for the same cost.App kind of sucks, but that's out of their control.Would love it if there were competition-grade Kg plates, but I might be in the small minority that would use them.“

I knew next to nothing about Pilates other than it could help someone with chronic back issues. Rebecca helped me to slowly and patiently build my strength and confidence using Pilates exercises. I'm doing a lot better now than I was when I started. I think the attention to breath and form that Pilates requires will help with all my physical activities in the future.“

1800 Presidents St, Reston“I reached out to 1TO1 Fitness to fix my imbalanced set of muscles throughout my body due to some prior unfortunate circumstances. I had 4 weeks before an important lifetime event to get my body repaired for the rigors of distant travel and high activity at the destination. 1TO1 fitness rose to the challenge and created a program of 8 focused sessions. I told them my personality demanded a hands-on approach with a PT who was a "slave driver" and I was assigned Erich. Erich was unrelenting (in a good way) and he helped me to stretch my joints and strengthen my muscles, which is exactly what I needed. He also made my goals his 100% and kept me motivated telling me that I could make the progress I wanted with his help. That kept me motivated and working hard to make it so. And he was right! Thankfully, with his help, I stood straighter and became stronger -- exactly what I needed! It's amazing what we accomplished all we did in just eight weeks! Thank you 1TO1 Fitness and a special shout-out to Erich supported by Teresa (Reston Manager) and Stephen (set my schedule)! You all rock!“

10400 Eaton Pl #106, Fairfax“I am so happy that I started my exercise program in Fairfax! Just 20 minutes two days a week of supervised, intense weight lifting which makes it something I can stick to.
It would be great for someone new to strength training or for people like me who have been lifting for awhile, but appreciate less thinking and planning.
The trainer - in Fairfax, it’s Andrew who is wonderful - handles everything, from exercises chosen and sequence, to setting the weights, tracking progress, increasing weights, and timing each exercise.
Imagine circuit training where you just move from station to station and it’s ready for you. Andrew pushes me, which I definitely need, but is also mindful of challenges and injuries.
He is fantastic to work with; very personable, patient, motivating, and encouraging.
For healthy aging, women are being encouraged to include resistance training. The Perfect Workout is an effective way to incorporate it, even if you don’t know what you’re doing.“

There are no more than 2 people doing their personal training session at one time. They have you do an assessment to see where you're at in fitness capability so they can tailor your workouts to your needs and abilities. Pauline handles workout scheduling only. You need to speak to the gym owner for information on pricing and the business side of things. I do now know prices so cannot comment on how it compares with other gyms but the workout was great. This is not a place to go however if you like to take your time during a workout. You are legitimately sprinting at time from workout to workout.“
“We have had a generally great experience here with the classes, kids academy, camp and the facility, however the food is SO bad and continues to get worse.
Every time I order something, there is an ingredient missing. Today cheese from my breakfast burrito... when I asked for sauce, I am told it's an extra charge. Not too long ago it was hummus and tahiti from an extremly dry wrap. The offerings in general have been dwindled down so that it's just frozen food that is easy to make... The offerings at the pool cafe are even worse ... burnt nachos.. floppy pizzas... frozen chicken.. and they don't allow outside food. Please please put a little more effort in the food. It would make this place wonderful.“
