We have been members since 2019 and have truly enjoyed all the offerings and the flexibility hours. You have several options of group workouts as well as small group options. Our favorite part with a young family is the Kidz Gym. It’s available weekdays and weekends and there are camps for when kids are out of school. They also have parent nights out. The pricing for the child care is hard to beat. Extremely clean locker rooms and restrooms. Basketball courts are great and they offer pickle ball! Can’t recommend them enough.

We love TFE! My husband and I switched from another nearby gym and have no regrets. The facility is clean, never too crowded, and the staff are very helpful. We like that the equipment is well-maintained and the price is worth it. Highly recommend if you live in the Chantilly/South Riding area!

The best gym hands down in the area, as well as the BEST gym for MOMS. I have never had ANY issue dropping off either of my children.I also have used various personal trainers here and each one has taught me different things and kicked my butt in different ways. Bonny and Ochir are amazing.This round of training, my body is changing very quickly 10 months post partum! I’m getting results. Love the facility and love the staff. (Jackie at the front desk is amazing!)
