I've had a great experience since starting here in the summer of 2023. The staff is very friendly and professional. The culture here is very welcoming and supportive to everyone. I have met some really cool people and we've improved together. There is great comradery all around. CFH is a great representation of both the Herndon and Crossfit communities. I would highly recommend CFH to anyone, from beginner to expert, who is interested in getting healthier with CrossFit.And if that wasn't enough. There are also cute puppies on site regularly.

I've been a member here for about 6 weeks or so and I love it. I look forward to the workouts that I attend and the fact that I have access to the programming if I can't make it means that I can still do the workouts on my own. Great people and coaches, I highly recommend.

I started CF at a smaller box. Moved to Reston, switched to CF Reston at first. CF Reston is top tier no doubt, but I missed the smaller box environment, so I checked out Herndon (formerly CF 286) and I've been thrilled with the switch. I was excited to go to the gym again. If you want the smaller community feel, more personal interactions with coaches and just an overall chiller (more beginner friendly) vibe, Herndon is where it's at. Very happy here.
