“Paulina is great: efficient, fast-paced, and great at tailoring the workout to the person. The space is smaller but has everything you need/want. There are no more than 2 people doing their personal training session at one time. They have you do an assessment to see where you're at in fitness capability so they can tailor your workouts to your needs and abilities. Pauline handles workout scheduling only. You need to speak to the gym owner for information on pricing and the business side of things. I do now know prices so cannot comment on how it compares with other gyms but the workout was great. This is not a place to go however if you like to take your time during a workout. You are legitimately sprinting at time from workout to workout.“

“I have been training at Foundation Fitness with Collin as my trainer for four months now and have improved a lot already! I understand how to manage my nutrition and my strength has nearly doubled! The onboarding process was smooth and the other personnel are great as well. I am sad to say Ill be leaving the gym for a few months because of my work but would love to work with Collin in the future!“

“I was in town visiting family this past weekend, and I dropped in for a Saturday WOD. Can't say enough good things about my experience! I had the pleasure of meeting Liz, one of the owners, who was working out with the class that day and Mary, our coach, was FABULOUS - super attentive, knowledgeable, funny and personable. The members are incredibly welcoming, the facility is beautiful (well equipped, very clean, bonus points for the hilarious holiday decor) and I immediately felt comfortable and at home. Enjoyed working out with everyone - WOD was challenging, fun and I can't wait to come back soon!“

“I was diagnosed with Guillain Barre Syndrome Sept of 2022 where I had to be hospitalized and was released Dec of 2022. I lost the ability to walk (on my own) and unable to use my hands as the paralysis hit only my limbs past the elbow and knee cap. On top of continuing with my outpatient physical & occupational therapy .. Brian has worked with me since the New Year. Every week Brian offered support and great guidance with different stretches, new exercises and techniques in order to begin regaining my muscles back in my arms and legs. I started off in a wheelchair and am close to switching from a walker to a cane now .. thankfully his facility is also fully handicap accessible! Right away, the moment you walk in, you just feel ready. The vibe is just right to get you to get going AND KEEP GOING! Brian has ABSOLUTELY been a vessel in my recovery journey. I would not have progressed as much as i have if it weren’t for this gym. Not to mention, Brian was in contact with my PT so they were in the know about what i was doing each week! I mean, COME ON.. doesn’t get better than that. A coach, a trainer who genuinely cares. I am grateful for Brian & BOWTAI FITNESS!! The fire in me is lit and i am excited to have both Brian and the gym and all it has to offer in my comeback story!“

“I’ve been using On the Go Fitness about a year now and I have to say the team is awesome! I’ve had personal trainers off and on for over two decades. I was in the military and needed one to keep me maxing my PT scores. (...because the scores DO matter no matter what you want to believe.) While many things play into your success in the military, I argue that “excellent” performance on your PT tests does a lot psychologically to show you are ready for the challenges of leadership. You don’t need to be a gym rat to be a good leader. You just need to show up once a year, and effortlessly max what is expected of you. And, this is where making an investment in yourself by having an outstanding personal trainer pays dividends in promotional opportunities.I’ve also used personal trainers to just help me keep myself fit to enjoy the games of life. Whether it is snowboarding, windsurfing, running in fun OCRs, climbing with your friends in the gym, or just trying something new. When you are healthy and fit, you get to play more. You get to see what is beyond your sofa and refrigerator. You get to stop feeling tired, and get to laugh and enjoy life more.I could go to the gym and push weights. I’m smart enough to know what I’m doing on my own and not get hurt. TBH, most people don’t. A trainer, these trainers in particular, are going to make sure that never happens.Don’t think of personal trainers as luxuries. I’m not rich. I drive old cars, and use duct tape in most of my household repairs. Think of personal trainers as a necessity in helping you live the best life you can. After all, there are no “do overs” with life. When that big white light comes, will you be saying “I wish I learned to ski, or I wish I could have played with my grandkids more”? Being physically healthy and fit will not only help you live longer, but it will help you live better. The research and science is there. This is not an infomercial, it is reality.And, the best part… it doesn’t matter how old you are, how tired you are, or how broken you are. If you are 80, you will keep your independence. If you are 50 and going through menopause, it will help you manage that madness. If you are 40 and now feeling the pain of your younger years of incorrectly pumping iron or doing things you shouldn’t have they will help you overcome those “hangovers”. And if you are 20, you will learn the true way of fitness and conditioning to keep you in the best health as you manage the challenges life will throw at you.You can try and “duct tape” your health, but odds are not in your favor. Leave that for your HVAC or cracked window. Get a trainer. Invest in yourself and the life you want to live. “Blackout has been a game changer in my fitness journey - small groups with lot of personal focus targeting muscle building and fat-loss(HIIT etc.). As someone who's been through a number of injuries, their personal focus in both the prescribed exercises and during the sessions really helped with my confidence and in my journey to getting fit and powerful again. “I've posted before but have recently gone back for personal training once a week. The trainers here are amazing. They stand out because of their attention to detail for each client. I never get a recycled workout from another client (or one of my previous sessions) and every single one of my sessions are tailored only to me where my level of flexibility, strength, etc at that time are taken into account. I never feel like I'm doing too much or too little, but still seeing gains each week. They always explain exactly what I'm working, where I should feel it and where I shouldn't. Their cues to help adjust form are always gentle and follow up with why we made that adjustment and how the body is working and why. Highly recommend. ?“

“Zach trained me in person in 2017. He was able to work with my budget and develop an in person training program for me that developed into a great friendship. Soon afterwards, I started getting chronically ill and Zach was always there to give me advice on exercises I could do without exasperating my various conditions. “I've enjoyed my Pilates lessons at Bodies by Bonnie, and Rebecca has been a great instructor. I knew next to nothing about Pilates other than it could help someone with chronic back issues. Rebecca helped me to slowly and patiently build my strength and confidence using Pilates exercises. I'm doing a lot better now than I was when I started. I think the attention to breath and form that Pilates requires will help with all my physical activities in the future.“

I was going to say no and find some excuse but something said “Take the chance”Mind you I’m in my late 50s, overweight and out of shape… I am so grateful that I took that step. Eric pushes you and encourages you… he takes into account each student’s needs and goals. I still have so long to go on my journey but I can’t imagine traveling this road with anyone except Eric!
