Joining F45 has been, by far, one of the best decisions I've ever made when it comes to my fitness goals. The best part about it is it takes off the mental load of what to do for each workout, and you have professional trainers in every class who can help you get the correct form. Glad I decided to join, and I can promise you will too.
This is a great and fun workout place. The workouts change every day! All of the trainers are so friendly, energized, super knowledgeable and super welcoming! You wont regret joining this location. Best place ever!! Highly recommended!!
The coaching team at F45 Training Fairfax Corner is simply AMAZING! Though a FUN & upbeat environment , there’s NO slack with encouragement & motivation! Not sure how, but the team is extremely supportive & attentive to every member during class. I especially LOVE this because it eliminates potential injuries and workouts that could be minimally effective if not done correctly. F45–where have you been all my life?! Absolutely love : the staff, workouts, music group setting (which somehow still feels personalized). Oh, did i mention that F45 Fairfax Corner is a No Judgement Zone? Don’t wait, don’t hesitate—Come get some—you deserve it❗️
