Friendly atmosphere overall and supportive team, This review is specifically about my own experience with trainer JAMES CASH! He is very understanding, accommodating and supportive. He has what it takes to help you through your fitness/ weight loss goal being a nutritionist and a trainer together helped me losing a fair amount of pounds in a very reasonable time and guess what I never felt hungry or tired . I lost at least 2-3 sizes and never felt hungry or out of choices for food . His training program was created just for me and to fit my body needs, he also accommodated my bad knee while still I did all types of training sets . My trainer james cash is doing a great job getting me fit. He is very detailed and knowledgeable. He really cares and gives precise instructions for things to do when I’m not training with him . I see him twice a week and he covers everything needed to keep me in shape. He detailed a nutrition program for me. His training techniques are wonderful.
