“I went back for a full class on the reformer machine, and I absolutely loved it! It was my first time taking a full session, and it was a completely different experience from the intro class. I felt like I worked muscles I have never targeted before, and I really enjoyed the deep stretches. The instructor, Ashley, was incredible. She is highly knowledgeable and made sure the music and volume were just right. During class today, I felt a bit unsure about my alignment, so I found myself looking at the person next to me for guidance, but I really enjoyed her class and will definitely be back!“
