“I have been going to Club Pilates Gaithersburg for a month and I already feel stronger and can notice changes in myself! All the instructors are fantastic - they are so kind and welcoming of people of all abilities, and are especially attentive to folks with injuries or limitations. I highly recommend the unlimited package as there are so many types of classes depending on your goals, plus having the unlimited package makes it easier to schedule classes on the app in advance. I always leave a class feeling energized and proud of myself, unlike some other types of workouts that can feel too intense or intimidating - Pilates seems like an overall great way to develop a healthier relationship with body image. Thank you, Claire, for a wonderful intro class that got me hooked onto Pilates!“
“The staff here are so friendly and understanding!!! Signed my 3yo up for classes here and Miss Sophie was so kind and good at keeping the young kids on task. She even let me join the class too when my daughter wouldn't join in without me. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, my daughter decided she didn't want to keep going, and the staff were very understanding about this as well. We plan to return here if my daughter wants to try dance again when she's older.“
