I came home to the A/C being out and I was making quite a few phone calls, until Pleva was able to head over that same evening. I will preface by saying that I am limping my old unit along, but that didn't mean it wasn't repairable. That said, the technician was able to diagnose a simple failure in 10 minutes. He then educated me on exactly how I can fix it and that he'd prefer to let me fix it so that I wouldn't be spending $200-$500. With my technical abilities, I was in fact able to repair my own unit at a fraction of the cost myself based on the replacement parts he recommended. So, I got the education and the diagnosis for $0 and paid about $75 to fix it myself....read full review
I highly recommend Pleva AC & Heat. My AC was acting up and I called Pleva and they came the same day and fixed my issue. They are honest, fair and knowledgeable.
