We had 2 technicians from Hunters Both named Patrick, they were very professional, polite and happy to explain the different aspects of the job. Replacing the break panal, box and breaks, showing us damage done due to improper amps to our septic pump and alarm. They did a excellent job with making wiring easy to trace from incoming source to breaker. They labeled every breaker for ease of future use. They cleaned up the area before leaving. Hunter Service Group came out and performed a diagnostic and annual maintenance on our Generac Generator. From the initial interaction with the office staff to the actual service, the entire team was courteous and professional. Chris Carker our technician was exceptional, he was very knowledgeable and provided a detail explanation of all the tasks he had completed. He was very thorough.
