I had a loud noise coming from my heat pump outside unit and suspected it was a compressor problem. Beluga air came out same day and analysed the situation confirming the condenser was at failure. Oscar described the situation and my options related to replacement of the part or the system. With freon changes required in the next major repair and having a 12 year old system, I decided to replace the whole system after Oscar described my various options and price points with a 10 year warranty. He also offered to change out my a/c filters for me while he was already in the attic. Excellent service.
