“I had been planning to replace my electric water heater before the end of this year. Early Monday morning discovered the water heater leaking in my garage. I had already been checking on water heaters and installation. Checking independent review sources I found very positive feedback on Chambliss Plumbing. I called Chambliss Plumbing around 8:00 am. Setup an appointment to install at new water heater. Appointment was scheduled between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. I recieved a call later asking if it was OK to arrive early. I do not remember the exact time they arrived but the installation was completed before 11:30 am. The crew was polite and professional. I prefer doing business with local companies. I am pleased with the response and installation by Chambliss Plumbing.“

“I had an emergency on a Friday evening. I could hear water gushing in my bathroom wall. Of course, in the evening, on a Friday. Par for the course. I called my regular plumber. I told him what was going on and he said he couldn't come. Chose not to. My sister had used Denny. He came to her rescue late at night and was there until midnight. She thinks Denny hung the moon. She said to call Denny he will help you. Denny did come with his daughter about 8:00. He found the source of the leak in the wall immediately.Sadly, it was necessary to cut holes in the wall and cabinet to get to the leak. “Get experience with Tsanko. He originally came out to look at some washer connections that we thought were covered in hard water buildup. He explained they were fine and it was just the flux on the pipe. He also looked at a toilet my husband had tried to repair. Tsanko removed some extra chain and didn’t charge at all for this visit. I found him to be knowledgeable and professional, not trying to oversell someone but rather treat them with honesty and integrity. Our water heater was 20 years old and in due of replacement so we decided we definitely wanted to go with him. He was able to install in less than two weeks even with my chaotic work schedule. He took the time to explain to me how it worked and what annual maintenance is required and how to best set settings based on the temperature to save energy and money.
