“They were very professional. I was able to call and get someone out to my place right away. I had a clogged kitchen sink. The technician Steven did a fantastic job on explaining to me the options what would work best for my situation. He way able to fix my problem and answer my additional questions. I felt like a valued customer and would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.”
“I’ve used Alamo Water Softeners at two of my homes for both the water softener and reverse osmosis. They are a great company. Just had them out to “rebed” the resin in the softener after 12 years with no issues. The technician (Daniel) told me the resin typically has to be replaced around 8 years. So, I’m very happy with the performance of this softener. Daniel was awesome! Very personable, answered all my questions, made recommendations, tested the water pressure and softness when done and cleaned up afterwards. Great company!”
“Had an emergency and they kept me informed every step of the way. They were respectful and honest about the whole process. Aaron was very friendly with made this process easy.”
