F45 Training Lantana
“I knew I needed to start working out again and I knew I needed somewhere that I just showed up and they told me what to do. Jennifer (the owner) answered all my questions without being pushing and asked me to come try a class to see if it was a fit. I loved the work out, specifically that it was only 45 min. If you show up, the rest is easy. I won’t lie, the first week I was sore and felt really out of shape but I just keep showing up. All the coaches are kind, they help make sure your form is good, and they work with you for modifications. It is not a competitive based gym where you compare to others. You show up try for your wins and are happy for others who are doing the same. I have tried other F45 studios while traveling and am grateful that Lantana is my home gym. Comparatively, it is extremely clean, organized, and all equipment is in great condition. Thank you Jennifer and coach Jackie for helping me get stronger. Cheers!”
