I absolutely LOVE Perfected Bodies! Lauren and David really LISTEN to their clients’ wants and needs and find the right solution(s)! The trainers they hire are top notch. I recommend to anyone looking for a TRUE personal trainer.

I came to Perfected Bodies initially as a way to support a local fitness facility but also because I wanted more one on one personal training. In the bigger box gyms, training can almost seem impossible because of all the people. With PB, it’s not that way. Of course there are other people training, but it’s 90% people with trainers and a few friendly gym goers hanging around. There have never been more than 15 people in the gym at a time, including workers, which makes for a super comfortable experience.My trainer himself, excellent. This place is amazing. I only have great things to say. I am going several times a week. The owners take such great care of the facility. You will routinely see the owners cleaning the gym equipment and making sure equipment is put back into its place. The personal trainers are all top notch. I’ve trained with several and they all are expertly trained.
