Really friendly and approachable coach, huge gym so people weren't on top of each other. 4.5/5 because their equipment is on the older side - yellowed kettlebells, chewed up dumbbells, no squat racks. No complaints about this location. If back in Southlake, I'd visit again.“

He pushes us to do our best and achieve our goals but he’s not aggressive and is never negative. We’ve had great experiences with the other trainers at NexGen and their staff nutritionist as well. If you’re tired of the typical gym atmosphere and are considering personal training- this is your place! Thank you, Brandon and team! We appreciate everything you do for us.“

“As always - excellent coaching; pushing me to safely (I would underline safely if I knew how on this platform) go places in resistance training that I could not go on my own. I started with them more than two years ago and at age 68 am still making gains without injury. I am also walking the dogs daily and have added treadmill three times a week. I was pre-diabetic and adding treadmill seems to have taken care of that.“
