F45 Lantana has been my home gym for the last month while I was helping my Mom out. As a visitor from the West Amarillo facility I was warmly welcomed by Paige and Jen day 1. The community is fantastic and the trainers are unmatched. Always modifying stations and movements so you are getting the most out of your work out no matter what fitness level you are at. I absolutely look forward to coming back when I’m in town visiting. Thank you guys for being wonderful hosts that I now get to call a second gym family.

A great F45 location. You truly can't replicate an F45 Lantana workout. The owners and trainers are knowledgeable and dedicated to helping you become your best self, and the community is fun and encouraging. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for over a week and this place rocks! The first few days when you start something is always intimating but F45 made me feel welcomed. The trainers are awesome and excited to continue training here.
