These coaches are the best! Cherilyn and Brooke have the best customer service and personality - they will make you feel right at home. You will love going to your workouts when you come here. Best F45 I have been to!
New member here but enjoying it so far. The trainers go over each station before we start and they walk around to correct things like posture/form/give modifications if needed. I enjoy that it’s a fast class and the workout is done before you know it. I think the price and set class times help with holding yourself accountable versus a gym membership that you might not use. A nice community and beginners are definitely welcome!
