Planet Fitness prides itself on being a judgment-free zone with friendly and helpful staff who are always ready to assist. The staff is very kind, thoughtful, professional, and easy to talk to about anything from fitness goals to helping with equipment. Members appreciate the large selection of machines and equipment available for various exercises, and many mention the helpful staff, especially Ashton, who is known for being friendly and always smiling during late-night workouts. The facility is known for its cleanliness, with clean bathrooms and a focus on keeping the gym tidy. Planet Fitness also offers fitness classes and amenities like hydromassage and tanning. The laid-back and supportive atmosphere makes it a standout gym, and members feel confident in the positive environment.
Staff is great. Equipment, facilities and building is clean. Equipment is maintained very well. The value is great. All in all i wish I started coming here a long time ago.
Been a Planet Fotness member for a while, I think they are pricing it’s okay and you get to visit anywhere with the Black Card Membership, that’s always a plus, staff here are mostly friendly and don’t criticize you like I’ve seen in other locations, this is almost the only PF that still has the 30 minute workout area which I use a lot, showers and bathrooms are not the cleanest but they are okay and have hot water.
The only thing I dislike about this one is that their water taste awful, unlike the one in Lewisville that doesn’t have any bad taste at all.
Other than that everything has been smooth for the most part
