    I am in my 2nd year of being a member. I used to go to outdoor group boot camps and it was problematic as the trainers would not have the ability to focus on you as individual and ensure proper form. Although I do miss the energy of a group training class, after having many complications over the years due to my poor form when it comes to strength training, it is great to work with coaches who monitor every aspect of your form to prevent you from causing more harm. You don't realize how much stronger you are until you look at the computer screen on each machine showing how far you have grown.     One of the best all around experiences I’ve had! I liked the focus on strength building, the efficiency,, and most of all the excellence of the coaches!

    If you want to get stronger but fear injuries, these coaches are there to help you get stronger without injury by designing custom programs for you! Try it!!

    So far great experience, I like how quickly you can get in get out, and the focus on individual muscle group resistance really showing benefits. Jake, Carl and the team are all great.
