The Force By Luke
“The best trainer in Trophy Club! Pushes you just enough, very accommodating, friendly environment. I’ve met so many people turned friends during my time with Luke - including Luke himself. Highly recommend!”

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Roanoke
“The staff is knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and amazing. I’ve been to GP, CARDIO, NEURO, ENT, and couldn’t get any better. In my last ditch effort to become functional, I asked for physical therapy help. FYZICAL picked up my referral and I’m getting better. I may never understand what happened, can’t put a diagnostic code to it, but I’m IMPROVING! I will be forever grateful to this practice.”
F45 Training Flower Mound
“F45 has been a great experience overall and the coaches are all very kind and welcoming. I originally came in on a 7 day trial and really enjoyed the energy and structure of the classes enough to stay. The workouts are challenging and I can definitely see why people love it here.
Giving 5 stars instead of 4 because the coaches are so nice and welcoming! However, I do wish there was a little more hands on correction during class, especially for older members or people trying to protect their joints and avoid injuries.
Sometimes the music was also extremely loud, which made it difficult to hear guidance. I remember during one class people were landing very hard during box jumps and I was surprised nobody corrected form or offered modifications. Since memberships are expensive, I think a little more attention to form and movement quality would go a long way. Overall though, the coaches are wonderful and I still think this is a great studio”
