My husband has always disliked going to the generic, overpacked gyms in DFW, so he loves how intimate and personal RTG is. He is always looking forward to working out with Greg and Ryan 3x a week, and he has never felt healthier and stronger.
I have always been the type to go to Pilates and group workout classes, but ever since becoming pregnant, I wanted a workout program more tailored to my pregnancy journey. Greg created a personalized program that is continuously changing to match my pregnancy needs as my body is also changing. He even incorporated breathing exercises specifically for labor, which is above and beyond what I would get at any other gym.

Through his training and mentorship, I was able to become the busiest trainer at our 4 gym locations.
I wanted to make more money per session than others and reached out to Jim for help. Soon, I was able to triple my per session price to $199.00 per hour. Even at that price, I was able to train about 40 hours per week.

3600 Farm to Market Road 407 #180 &, #185, Lantana“I just finished my first F45 training session today with Tyann B, and she was awesome! I really liked how the stations were set up, with screens at the front showing exactly what exercise you were supposed to be doing.
One of the best parts was how flexible the workout felt—you could choose your own pace, whether you wanted to go low, moderate, or high intensity. Plus, you could adjust the weights to match your strength level and personal goals, which made it feel totally customizable.
I also really enjoyed training with Deb—she was my partner for each circuit, and she was super strong and well-conditioned. She definitely pushed me to work a little harder, which I appreciated.
And when I left, everyone—even the other members training—took the time to say goodbye. You can really feel the sense of community at F45.
Overall, it was such a great experience. I still have two more classes left in my 7-day trial, and I’m looking forward to them!“
