Our son started speed and agility training last summer and it has dramatically improved his performance when playing baseball. They have been great about tailoring his workouts to include drills specifically for baseball. We highly recommend the RTG family!
Amazing place for all your fitness needs. My son started here a month ago and loves it. Great trainers and very clean. I would recommend anybody and all athletes to train here. I have already seen a huge improvement with my son. You will not be disappointed!!!
