Very professional and courteous. Fix our A/C unit in a timely manner with very fair pricing. He also explained things to us in a no nonsense manner. Plus our picky cat even liked him! :)

We decided to try Incline Air Heating & A/C with a Groupon because our central heat/air was having a problem. It was the best decision we ever made. Joe showed us the problems and gave us all the options available. Since our unit was the original system installed in 1969, we opted to replace the entire unit. Joe and his crew replaced the entire heating and cooling system and installed a Halo Reme light. They did an excellent job which was even complimented by the inspector. In addition, they let us know that CPS was offering rebates for units like ours that were high efficiency units.
