“Dr. Michael Martinez is amazing! I’ve been going to both him and Mason since 2022, a little after they opened. Going to Totality is completely a different experience from your traditional chiropractor where Dr. Michael truly helps not just align you, but to get deep into your trigger points. I truly recommend them both if you’re look for a true PT/Chiropractor experience. Plus, dry needling has truly changed the game changer in my recovery! Dr. Mason is also amazing! I was fortunate enough to be able to experience acupuncture with her prior to her now focus of fertility patients. Cannot recommend both enough!!”

“I've been attending this Club Pilates location for 6 months, and I really enjoy it. The studio manager, Shannon, is very friendly and supportive. All the Pilates instructors are very nice I love taking Wendy, Emma, Sarabeth, and Lisa B's classes. Classes fill up quickly, but don't be discouraged—just speak with Shannon, and she'll assist you. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and always ready to help when needed. I'm glad I became a member of Club Pilates.”

“Love it here. I started my yoga journey at a studio in Denton and moved to Carrollton 3 years ago. Rescue yoga was conveniently located across the street from me and then once they moved locations I was able to finally attend again recently. It is a very calming and inviting atmosphere. I prefer the slower classes for relaxation and yoga and this studio has made a difference!”

“Nicole is a wizard. That's all there is to it. As a teacher myself, it's not always easy to find another teacher who can truly bamboozle you in the best way. Nicole absolutely schooled me with two blocks and a zoom link - and I loved every minute of it. She's got that secret sauce of intelligent, creative sequencing, experience, wisdom and a genuine desire to be of service. Also, you will absolutely have a giggle at some point. 15/10 recommend.”

“I love Move Studio! There’s something for everyone, and I look forward to trying all the classes. Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the teachers and other students. Lara with Nia is a bright light and is so easy to follow. Her enthusiasm and passion is infectious. Herschel with Latin Cardiodance is also amazing! He is so fun and the class is a great workout. He is very encouraging and ebullient, and the class goes by too quickly!<br>The space is bright, clean and beautifully designed with artistic flair. It is not a huge space, which I prefer, but plenty of space to offer a wide variety of classes.”
