Jaycie’s class was SO good today!! It was perfectly challenging and her musicality was incredible—she seriously did not miss a beat. The energy was high the entire class, and the sequencing flowed so well while still hitting the full body. I left feeling like every single muscle had been worked. Such a fun, challenging, and well-planned class. Love Jaycie!! 🫶🏼🔥
I’m really enjoying going to Ritual 1. I love the teachers. They’re all great really! Kind and very helpful and will take the time to adjust or help you. The infrared is a big plus for me. It was really hard at first but I’ve grown to love it and I feel so good after a class. 💯
JenJ is the best yoga instructor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Every class feels like a complete mindfulness journey. She has a wonderful way of guiding you into deep presence, balance, and inner calm.
