The experience was amazing! I did the sound bath meditation Friday and beginners yoga Saturday morning. I was more than welcomed and coached very comfortably while being very foreign to yoga. I Loved this experience and will be back ❤️

Amazing experience!!!!!!!!!!! Wow!!!! Chrystal Rae made me feel immediately so welcome, introduced me to fellow members and her messaging, her encouragement and enthusiasm throughout class were amazing. I loved that the class was a more intense gentle version and modifications were demonstrated and encouraged by Chrystal. Happy early Birthday Chrystal, it’s Leo season!!!!! ♌️ Loved the messages of class and the thoughtful intentions!!!! Will certainly be back anytime I visit Plano. Loving vibes ?

The instructors are friendly. I appreciate the help i get in class to perfect my poses. Really great staff over all. Tons of classes to choose from. It really is one of the best yoga studios in north Texas.
