“I had a calendar oracle card reading with Robyn and it was such a positive experience! Not only did it hype me up for the upcoming year, but it helped me recognize what was already unfolding for me. “Blue Anjou is my yoga home! I've been coming to Blue since 2018, and did my 200 HR teacher training through them. Lisa, Debbie and Anna are the best - extremely knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging. All the teachers are unique, and each class brings something special. The studio itself is so cozy and a bit whimsical. There's something for everyone here, from a complete beginner to a seasoned yogi.“

“Power Up Yoga is an incredible workout for your whole body, your mind, your heart, your lungs. I really look forward to going to the 6pm classes and winding down after work. Doreen and Fred are great instructors and always supportive and professional. They know when to encourage you to go further and respect you when your body needs to rest. The class is filled with great people of all ages that respect each other and the purpose for being there. It’s not a competition and not intimidating. My wife and I have made good friends in this class. We are really disappointed any time we have to miss a class. Power Up Yoga makes me happy! Thanks Doreen.“

“I am new to yoga and especially hot yoga, but I have fallen in love with YogaSix! I started out by trying their $10 class for first timers. I did the slow flow for my first class, but also a restore class would be great too for any beginners. My favorite thing about all the classes is you go at your pace, you listen to your body. It is so nice to adapt the moves to your experience level and to have the class instructors there to guide you. Everyone is so friendly and the facilities are always clean. After staying dedicated for a month, 4 classes a month, I decided to sign up for their subscription of 8 classes a month. I never imagined I'd like it THAT much, but it has really improved my life. I'm losing weight, I'm putting my health first, and never feel pressured in the classes to go beyond my own limits. I am so thankful to have found this great community of yogis!!“

“Another stop on my Class Pass tour - YogaSix! It's called that because they give you six classes to choose from based on what type of yoga you are looking for. I came here on a weeknight evening for an invigorating hour of power yoga. I signed in and was quickly given a free mat as well as towels for the session. I do love doing an exercise like this in a heated room! It really makes your joints nice and limber and the sweat that you get from it is wonderfully detoxifying. I would however recommend that you bring a 'yoga towel' and/or your own mat if you come to the hot class, as their mats are very slippery and you will need to be mindful. Drink plenty of water as you will sweat a great deal and the power class moves pretty quickly. Overall I enjoyed it though, if you are a cardio bunny and/or distance runner just know some of the poses are challenging so modify whenever necessary. They do have a 'RESTORE' class if you want something slower to work out your kinks. Please come check out this beautiful location and I hope that you enjoy!“

“Best massage ever! For Christmas my husband and I received a Couple Massage at Grapevine Massage and Yoga. Both my husband and I have gotten regular massages before at different Corporate Massage chain places but I have to say they don't come close to Grapevine Massage. Jill was fantastic and had address both of our issues. She was accommodating with the different types of massage we wanted. My husband got a deep tissue massage while I had a lighter version. Book a massage with her, so worth it!“

“I have been working with Maria for 5 years now, I started as a true beginner and have progressed in my practice thanks to Maria's patience and expertise. She has different levels of classes for everyone. Maria keeps her classes smaller because she is very hands on with each of her students.“

“I stumbled upon Rudra center by complete accident yesterday when deciding to take a side road home. I saw the architecture and immediately parked to pay a visit. Such a peaceful and spiritual place. I've been having some hardships as of late and as soon as I walked though the entrance I had a moment to just reflect and feel at ease. I had an urge to place a small glass stone I had in my car at the base of the Ganesh statue as a thanks for me finding this hidden gem. Going to be paying a visit again soon to enroll in their Tai chi classes. All my years living in Denton I had no clue this place existed.“

“I joined this location 5 years ago when it opened after having practiced Pilates for 3 years where I lived before. Everyone has always been so friendly, caring and welcoming. You can take a free 1 hour intro session to see if its right for you. And as always with Pilates the moves can easily be modified to your specific needs. Its the perfect workout for any age, I'm getting close to 70.“

“I love this gym!!! And the employees!!! Everyone talking about how dirty it is should go back to the purple gym. If the weights aren't racked who cares you paid to lift weights put it up. I re rack weights all the time it's my gym. Sure there's better, or cleaner. But I'll take this gym, and crew over any fancy frilled machine weight gym. If you are worried about weights not being put up go to the purple gym. There isn't many, as for me and my gym friends it's perfect for us, and the less whiny people the better good riddance most of you will be gone next month like the ones complaining.... New Body New You lol Yeah Right follow the gymtimidation signs out the door lol. Seriously love this gym. Brandon's great!! Pretty boy behind the desk cool as a fan and all the LA ladies are great!!! And Marquis the one that is cleaning up after all yall should get a damn raise for putting up with half the stuff the members complain about.“
