“The compressor on our Goodman AC Condenser wasn't turning on, causing our AC to blow warm air. I texted Best Heating and Air Conditioning on Sunday evening and Michael showed up at noon the next day.

It took him less than 20 minutes to figure out and fix the issue. AC now works perfect and the compressor is MUCH quieter as well. He was very kind, professional and took the time to answer all questions I asked him. I'm very glad I went with them instead of Metro or Home Depot!“

“I have used this company for 6+ years. They have always been very responsive and very professional and have fixed my hvac system without pushing for a new and expensive install. The last time I needed them was on a Saturday morning at 7:30 when I called to schedule them to come out due to my condenser outside humming loudly with no airflow inside my home. I expected to make an appointment the following week but they said they would come out then. They arrived at 8:30 and diagnosed the problem and tracked down the needed replacement part and had my system working again by 11am For a total cost of $400!!! These guys are top notch and truly care about their customers. They will go above and beyond for you and charge honesty for the parts and labor. “I just had David A technician from expert services appliances come and diagnose my dryer that was running, but not heating. He was very thorough not only did he check my machine, but he also went outside and checked the vent output. What I thought it was really amazing, was that he would sit down in front of the machine and started it up and look for the heating element light to see when it was red working and do certain diagnostic with the timers that was pretty impressive to me. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and again very thorough. If I have any problems in the next 30 days, I do not have to be billed again. He will come back and check it.
