I just had David A technician from expert services appliances come and diagnose my dryer that was running, but not heating. He was very thorough not only did he check my machine, but he also went outside and checked the vent output. What I thought it was really amazing, was that he would sit down in front of the machine and started it up and look for the heating element light to see when it was red working and do certain diagnostic with the timers that was pretty impressive to me. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and again very thorough. If I have any problems in the next 30 days, I do not have to be billed again. He will come back and check it. I have really appreciated the service work that I have received from David. He is so knowledgeable about the appliances that he works on and gives instructions very plainly. I've never been disappointed when he shows up. 5 stars!!
Prompt service. Very professional and nice. Sergey quickly diagnosed the issue, double checked to make sure he didn’t miss something, and explained in layman’s terms what was going on.
