Sergey was wonderful! He made us aware our refrigerator/Freezer was under warranty still due to what was wrong! In reality most people/ companies would have taken our money! David arrived quickly. He is professional & courteous. He explained the process of our repair before, during & after. He was not in a rush and made us feel like valued customer.
Call them first! These guys will even fix other company's problems. I recently had a new gas range installed by a different company. After install there was a small gas leak that after 3 follow up visits they could not even find. I got fed up and called Expert services. Technician arrived the following morning, found the leak within 10 minutes of arrival and fixed it in under an hour. Can't recommend them enough. Will definitely be my first call from now on.
