He took the time to show me how to use the new thermostat. My house was warm by 10am! I am very appreciative of this company and highly recommend them.“

“We contacted Ted Fugant & company to install a new Carrier unit in our home.Since we have had good experience with our old unit (using over 25 years) we didn't want to shop around with any other system.Based on their previous reviews we contacted Ted Fugant Company.Mr. Ted Fugant scheduled an appointment promptly & sent Blake to check our old system. Blake was very professional, courteous, and friendly in responding to our issues and concerns regarding the model we decided on.The installing was done within a very short time with Blake and his helper.Blake was diligent & taught us how to operate and adjust the system. The unit was installed in the year 2022. The machine is running smoothly without any issues since its installment.Blake made an appointment to tune up the system & came on time with his helper last month. He made sure we had no issues unanswered.Overall, we are very pleased with Ted Fugant Company and their customer service policy.I would highly recommend this company to any of our friends or families.“

“Vann-Air is a family run business. They put our original units in for new construction 27 years ago. Over the years they have been conscientious and reliable for repairs. Today, they are replacing a unit. They have been so helpful over the years, worrying about carbon monoxide poisoning, and making sure we had heat during cold spells, or cooling during hot weather. We have watched their son grow into the business as well. They have always gone above and beyond and treat us like family. I'll also mention they have the best prices around. Ray called me within the hour and referred me to on call tech Steven who swiftly diagnosed a quick fix that he followed up with a visit first thing Monday morning. From start to finish everyone was a pleasure to deal with, so informative and offered great solutions for providing more life out of my old unit where as most other companies in the past have barely glanced at it before just trying to upsell me on ripping the entire thing out. “After having North Georgia come out Action Air and Reliable heat and air also getting quotes from two smaller contractors I am glad that we found indoor air solutions we had an aged mis matched unit in our house when we bought it and we were pretty sure it was on its last leg so instead of waiting for it to go out we went ahead and replaced it they gave us the best price and also repaired some duct work in our garage the unit works fantastic and looks great the installers were super clean and friendly people we they were as quite as could be while installing the unit and performing the work they were all extremely professional and we would not think of using anyone else for any of our future ac needs ! We love our new unit and our more than pleased with the install please give them a call before you settle for anyone else !“

“I cannot compliment these guys enough. Our AC went out on Friday evening, before Labor Day weekend. I emailed them to see if they do weekend calls. I got an email immediately back from Angela saying that they didn’t do calls on a holiday weekend, but have times on Tuesday. While we were sweating most of the time, I was appreciated that they responded and were able to stop at our place the next day they were open (usually, it isn’t until the end of the week).Roger and Bobby came out and got right to work. They explained that the unit needed to be cleaned so it could run more efficiently, and they re-filled the Freon. They were quick efficient and explained a lot of the details they were working on.I highly recommend them and would call them back immediately for maintenance or to fix our unit.“
