We are very pleased with the response and with their effort to find and resolve the problem. We have had different guys every visit and each one has been friendly knowledgeable, and efficient!
After assessing my 29 year old unity Action Air made a recommendation on the direction I should go. We decided to replace our unit with a new one recommended and less than 36 hours later it's installed, running like a top and cooling as it should without the noise and smells of the old unit.

Our ac has not worked properly since it was installed in a new build almost 4 years ago. It got significantly worse a few weeks ago so we needed help. It was a complicated issue to explain, but Brandon took me at my word and fixed our system that had been incorrectly wired and also had a faulty damper. It was a relief to finally have it working correctly. The original installer treated us like we were making up the issue and was extremely condescending. The builder was also no help. I truly appreciate Brandon’s willingness to look past the surface level and work with us to fully fix the issue.
