Highly recommend Masters. Had new package heating unit installed. They did a great job. Daniel is very knowledgeable & respectful. He gave us confidence on this major purchase. Fair price. No pressure or upsell. Both install techs were polite and professional throughout.

Have used this company for many years, several homes. Strong work ethics, great honest assessment of problem and pricing. Very prompt. Calls when on their way. Best customer service ever. Can't say enough good things about Greg and his Son . With semi annual checks they have prevened future costly failures.

Masters was sent to us by our home warranty company, FA, after the initial company, U,, did not properly evaluate the issue of our unit short cycling. U replaced a blown fuse and left. They then attempted to convince us to replace our entire unit and charge us an additional $2500. U then lied repeatedly and avoided calls.It took a month of back and forth with FA (without AC) but they finally assigned us to Masters. Masters was fantastic! They came out the next day and were able to repair our system the same day.
