There is an old saying that says “Good work ain’t cheap and cheap work ain’t good!” The price was in line with other quotes but the work could not have been better. All copper plumbing and no pvc! If I could give six stars I certainly would!“

“These guys are awesome! We had a fan that was replaced. The new fan made a rotational noise. They debugged the issue and now ... NO noise. We had a 2nd fan that wouldn't work after the receiver module was replaced. They debugged that and now it works! They're patient when working problems and, most importantly, they READ the owners manuals that come with the fans. “I have used this company for 6+ years. They have always been very responsive and very professional and have fixed my hvac system without pushing for a new and expensive install. The last time I needed them was on a Saturday morning at 7:30 when I called to schedule them to come out due to my condenser outside humming loudly with no airflow inside my home. I expected to make an appointment the following week but they said they would come out then. They arrived at 8:30 and diagnosed the problem and tracked down the needed replacement part and had my system working again by 11am For a total cost of $400!!! These guys are top notch and truly care about their customers. They will go above and beyond for you and charge honesty for the parts and labor. “Jeremy did a fantastic job! We scheduled for after 12 and he called around 11:30am, was here within minutes, and he was finished with the service in less than 30 minutes!! We haven't had our unit serviced since we bought our house in June 2022 (I normally schedule services for things right away but it slipped through the cracks). We had issues with our unit freezing up and he found the leak, fixed the issue, refilled the refrigerant, and cleaned the exterior unit. He offered us a gold membership to save money now and in the future. He was super friendly and very detailed explaining the issues found and repairs done and ensured we understood how the issue affected our unit working properly. He commended us for having spotless coils due to us consistently replacing our filter and ensuring no debris entered the return (we have 5 golden retrievers and a pit/boxer mix, so hair tumbleweeds are unavoidable). We're extremely satisfied with the service and will most definitely continue using North Georgia Heating & Air, as well as recommending them to others!“
