Did an absolutely amazing job!! Quick response , came out next day on time and got our ac unit replaced within 2 hours or less!! Super friendly and polite, clear on communication and even came back out to fix a dent that happened upon arriving at their warehouse ( we were aware ahead of time) and although the dent did not interfere with the performance of the unit it is truly good to know that as a company they want to do nothing less than great work and customer satisfaction!! Would recommend! And not to mention the pricing was waayyy more affordable than other HVAC services!! Kindest, most honest, respectful, and most reasonably priced HVAC company I have ever had the pleasure of working with on a repair! After having first called a bought out local company and being quoted around $1550 to replace a capacitor, connector, and a 60 amp breaker I almost went with them due to the pressure I felt when the heat and humidity felt like 97 degrees. I quickly asked AI if the price was reasonable and it yelled at me NO! I freaked out! Thankfully, it also gave me 4 options to call based on the highest reviews and AI did me a solid this time.
