We had a 2nd fan that wouldn't work after the receiver module was replaced. They debugged that and now it works! “Jeremy did a fantastic job! We scheduled for after 12 and he called around 11:30am, was here within minutes, and he was finished with the service in less than 30 minutes!! We haven't had our unit serviced since we bought our house in June 2022 (I normally schedule services for things right away but it slipped through the cracks). We had issues with our unit freezing up and he found the leak, fixed the issue, refilled the refrigerant, and cleaned the exterior unit. He offered us a gold membership to save money now and in the future. He was super friendly and very detailed explaining the issues found and repairs done and ensured we understood how the issue affected our unit working properly. He commended us for having spotless coils due to us consistently replacing our filter and ensuring no debris entered the return (we have 5 golden retrievers and a pit/boxer mix, so hair tumbleweeds are unavoidable). We're extremely satisfied with the service and will most definitely continue using North Georgia Heating & Air, as well as recommending them to others!“
