The company which I purchased it from would not back their warranty after it produced a freon leak and I was very frustrated when I called Rick from Bailey on a Tuesday needing a new one. By Thursday morning they had a new one installed. I was amazed by the service they preformed. Rick, Scott and Isaac and his crew took a terrible situation and made it possible to have faith in a company again. I normally don't do reviews but this time I am proud to do so. Thanks again to all of Baileys people for their help! Also the 36 month zero precent finance was a blessing as well. Our new Goodman unit is running great and the professional job was excellent.
