“I highly recommend this company’s services. I called to have vents cleaned and repaired after an injured, feral, rescued cat escaped a room through my vents. I had odors from the crawlspace on occasion prior and now a disturbing cat odor. (The cat got out so no death smell, just the scared, marking urine smell). They were very informative and helpful. They came out immediately that day to take a look and quoted a very good price. Two days later they were here, cleaned the vents and lines, replacing two that were too far gone.
The guys that came out were very nice and professional. The final bill actually came to just under the quoted amount which is always a bonus. I will use them again if I ever have a need. Thank you to the DUCTS team, my house smells lovely!“

“I highly recommend. Sam was fantastic. He came over within 30 minutes of me calling and was able to diagnose the problem near instantaneously. Within 15 minutes or so, he had my AC working again! He was professional, answered a lot of questions I had, and also gave me great recommendations for maintenance and potential upgrades they can provide.

“I have used this company for 6+ years. They have always been very responsive and very professional and have fixed my hvac system without pushing for a new and expensive install. The last time I needed them was on a Saturday morning at 7:30 when I called to schedule them to come out due to my condenser outside humming loudly with no airflow inside my home. I expected to make an appointment the following week but they said they would come out then. They arrived at 8:30 and diagnosed the problem and tracked down the needed replacement part and had my system working again by 11am For a total cost of $400!!! These guys are top notch and truly care about their customers. They will go above and beyond for you and charge honesty for the parts and labor. He held to his word for the estimated time frame and contacted me on when he would arrive. Install didn't take too long, and I felt it was a fair price for what I feel is great equipment and service.
