“I have used this company for 6+ years. They have always been very responsive and very professional and have fixed my hvac system without pushing for a new and expensive install. The last time I needed them was on a Saturday morning at 7:30 when I called to schedule them to come out due to my condenser outside humming loudly with no airflow inside my home. I expected to make an appointment the following week but they said they would come out then. They arrived at 8:30 and diagnosed the problem and tracked down the needed replacement part and had my system working again by 11am For a total cost of $400!!! These guys are top notch and truly care about their customers. They will go above and beyond for you and charge honesty for the parts and labor. “Jim and Don from Indoor Comfort Techs, Heat and Air came out today to look at an outdoor unit that was down today and got it up and running again in no time, filter was u that led to a leak and tripped a sensor that kept the unit shut down so no parts replacement was needed, just new filters. Very nice and professional, provided some maintenance tips and we're on their way.“

“We were in the middle of a major reconstruction and were hobbling our 20 year unit along. Jerry Gordon gave me a quote in July. The day the construction ended in October, the old unit failed and my unit was installed the next day. For below the original quote. They installed it perfectly.I can't believe the unit. Even though this unit is a single stage and not energy star rated, I never hear it run, the app shows it has only run 7 hours in 11 days and every room is the same temperature now. I cant wait to see my electric bill next summer.I was deciding between Carrier and American Standard. Hands down American Standard. It is literally a Trane. The owner's manual actually has Trane on it.The companies selling Carrier, Trane and Goodman were way over priced. This unit has top rated components and a stainless steel heat exchanger. Titan is the only company I found that included a 10 labor warranty. Having Titan install you an American Standard is a no brainer. Full stop. Thank you Jerry. (I constructed the box around the unit after the install.).“
“I had no idea how clogged air and heating ducts were affecting my health. I was facing surgery this week and the unclean air lead to continuous coughing and sneezing. Adam and his assistant came over to my home and spent over two hours carefully cleaning out the filth that was making me sick. After they left, I swear it was like living in a brand new home. All the coughing and sneezing ceased immediately, in fact, I did not sneeze at all for over 24 hours. I am so grateful for their quick response to a very pressing need (my surgery is tomorrow), and I can come home to a house with clean air. Can't thank you guys enough!“
