I was extremely impressed with how quick the service technician was able to come out to fix our A/C, even in their busiest summer month. Wendy scheduled the appt for the same day, and was very nice and helpful. Dustin was out that afternoon and fixed the A/C in the sweltering heat. I highly recommend. Sam was fantastic. He came over within 30 minutes of me calling and was able to diagnose the problem near instantaneously. Within 15 minutes or so, he had my AC working again! He was professional, answered a lot of questions I had, and also gave me great recommendations for maintenance and potential upgrades they can provide.
Note: Online booking scheduler didn't seem to work. I did have to call but, again, Sam was here lightning fast once I called. Thanks, Sam!
