My mother called last Wednesday afternoon for emergency service on her HVAC unit, which was not working. A technician named Chris came Thursday afternoon (a very prompt response, considering the extremely low temperatures and icy conditions), and evaluated her unit, took pictures of the broken part, and showed my mother exactly what needed to be repaired. He returned Friday morning with the necessary part and had the repairs done quickly. Chris showed Mom the broken part and helped her reset her thermostat. She was very impressed with the service and the technician. We are grateful that her home is toasty warm now.

These guys are great! I have had them taking care of our HVAC system for 5 years and had a whole-house dehumidifier installed 18 months ago. It died after the manufacturers warranty (they should last for years) and they called Honeywell who is sending a brand new unit despite it being off warranty. Also, props to Chris. He is a really nice man and knows his stuff. I appreciate him proactively sharing his knowledge about how to run my system. I've learned a lot. These guys are top notch! We had used them in the past with an emergency repair call and they showed up fast, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, and were extremely professional! So fast forward a few months and our old, tired unit has died and needs replacement- after getting multiple assessments and quotes they came in and beat everyone! Not only did they go above and beyond going over everything with me to ensure we got the best possible "bang for the buck" but they provided us with several options and recommendations that beat out all the others! These guys know what they are doing and truly care! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and feel much more comfortable...read full review
