While doing some yard work I noticed water standing outside our crawl space door. I opened the door and saw that our basement was being flooded. We called three companies that had worked for us before and no one could see us that day. My neighbor recommended McRae's as they had used them before and were happy with them. We called them and they quickly responded. Thank You to Brent Deal who had the leak detected and fixed within 30 minutes!!!!. The price was reasonable, they were professional and explained the problem to me. I did not catch his partners name but Thank You so much! The day before I graduated college with my master's my toilets overflowed and things went downhill very quickly. The following day I gave Mcrae my sob story, and told them I just want to be able to shower, and that I have family coming in. Anthony and Tucker showed up to my house (even before they were supposed to start working), quickly found the problem, and I could shower! Anthony and Tucker were amazing, as were all of the staff I interacted with at Mcrae's. You will never know how much I appreciate you all saving my graduation!Service: Plumbing pipe repair
