“Our water main to the street had ruptured and, unbeknownst to us, had filled our crawlspace with water. We already had been without water for a day and a half, because of a larger water main break in our neighborhood, when we learned of our own break late on a Friday afternoon. Mr. Rooter called me back Friday evening and was able to send someone out first thing Saturday to evaluate. They pinpointed the problem and were honest about options. They set up service for Monday, arrived on time and completed the job in less time than the original estimate. In addition, it involved digging a trench across my yard, and midway through I panicked because I did not remember to ask them not to bust up the sidewalk, move items, ruin the flower bed, etc. ... only to find, happily, that they had avoided all those things without me even saying anything. I was initially hesitant to call a "national franchise," but these guys did a great job, communication was timely, they clearly knew what they were doing, and I felt like the price was fair. Definitely would use again. I was reminded to write a review when I noticed their truck in my neighbor's driveway this morning.“

“We had a disaster !!! We thought oh how hard could it be to unclog a drain 1st mistake. Then we went and bought our own equipment to so said task 2nd mistake and 700.00. We spent 6 hours trying to unclog this disaster 3rd mistake. I tell you all this back story in hopes it will help someone else not make the same mistakes we did. I called BK Plumbing (1st call) Bill answered the phone mind you I’m in a mess literally lol. He gives me a time of between 2&4 They showed up early Matt and Brandon were my techs and they were so professional and even had a sense of humor!! They explained everything they were doing and I appreciated that more than they know. The field manager Bill came out to assist them remember it was a disaster for us. Bill was very polite and professional he too has a sense of humor !! Remember we spent 6 hours trying to get this unclogged They had it unclogged and put the bathroom back together and even cleaned the bathroom . They put a new wax ring on & installed the toilet which I was not expecting !! I thought I would have to do all that . They had us fixed within 2 hours !!!!!! All this is going on while we are running a business yes in broad daylight. Because of them and I mean Matt Brandon and Bill we were able to continue working and helping our customers. I highly recommend BK Plumbing . Thank you again from Affordable Auto Repair!!“

“We purchased a home last year which had an electric range; we were use to natural gas. After a year we decided to go with natural gas. We called M&S to see if we could afford it.
