Just moved into a house and had a backed up drain for the main line upstairs. Joe changed his plans to get out quickly. He diagnosed the issue. He didn't have the correct size drain snake with him, but he contacted another plumber and got him out quickly to fix the issue. Joe had worked this sort issue in several houses in our neighborhood and offered good advise for things we could do to reduce the likely hood of a repeat problem. We will definitely call him in the future if we need plumbing services

Joe had a deep and storied understanding of the pipes in my mid-century Sea Ranch, as if he'd lived among them in a previous life. Each water main was its own stanza in an ancient poem read to me by Joe like a student of a long-dead language, bringing life to its beauty and allowing me to experience a tragically lost art. He whispered good fortunes into each faucet head before installing and I can still feel the presence of lavender every time I wash dishes. I feel cleansed on both this physical plane and the next, 5/5 would definitely recommend.
