I love Tammy. She cuts and styles my hair every 4 weeks and she dyed my hair for the first time and it is absolutely beautiful.
I have longed for a good dental office for years, ever since the closing of Dr Hugh Thomson in Baxter. Through a couple of friends I was recommended to this office and for about 3 years it has been my new dental office. Dr Brad is awesome as a dentist and as a person. A year ago I called because I had just broken a tooth. It was closing time and Dr Brad was leaving for a week on a Mission trip. They told me to come right in and they got me fixed up! Who does that anymore? I went for my 6 month cleaning today and from the first greeting to the see you in 6 months I felt like I was with family and friends. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable in their job and are some of the friendliest best people you will ever meet! If you need a dental office I would certainly recommend this office. Since 5 stars is as high as you can give let me add a (+ plus) to the 5 Stars!

I brought my son here for a haircut from Kevin. He done an amazing job! My son had an inspo Pic, Kevin made sure to ask may questions to make sure my son didn't want anything different. He was very thorough when asking what my son wanted. My boys are VERY picky when it comes to their haircuts and how well the edging is done. If you're looking for a shop that is capable of crisp edging and a great cut, this is the shop for you! Its very clear that they have high standards when it comes to who they hire. While I was there with my son, I seen 1st hand how talented every single barber is! The overall vibe of this barber shop is very relaxing and inviting. You do have to make an appointment to get in for a cut because they're so good, they stay booked. Due to my wrk schedule I needed an appointment for Friday, they had a spot available for the time I needed. So it is not hard to get an appointment at all. While I was there, I didn't see 1 client get down from a chair and not be happy with their haircut. 10 out of 10! Highly Recommend every single barber in this shop!

I haven't gotten my hair done in years and Courtney did an amazing job! If I could rate higher I would. Will definitely be coming back! (I got a full color and a cut) I didn't feel embarrassed once for coming in with an absolute mess of a head. The reason I came here was they picked up their phone and sold me on their customer service, from entering to exiting I was so thankful for the knowledge, care & help!!. Harley is amazing, my white skin was already tanned after 24 hrs. I got a package & lotion applied it beforhand and after 7 mins I was done. Back each day until I look bronzed for my vacay. I'm sold on this place !!

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The quality of their work exceeds similar work I've had done at the podiatrist. Their equipment shows a bit of wear and tear but I'm sure it will be replaced at some point.

Literally was saved this day by a lovely hair dresser! Went to get my hair curled at another salon and they shampooed, conditioned, and blow dried my hair before ultimately deciding my hair was "too thick" for them to curl it and they began to crimp it. I was unsatisfied I told them to straighten the piece they had just crimped & I called this salon on a whim and they fit me in within 2 minutes luckily and I left happy and with my hair curled:))
Last year my husband and I moved from PA to KY to be near family. I didn't know any hairdressers in the area and the woman who cut my hair destroyed it! It was chopped up so bad, nothing laid well and the back was so short I couldn't manage it. My daughter living in TN told me about April Cook Hair and I took a chance based on my daughter's recommendation. April performed a miracle on my hair blending it as well as could be expected based on how uneven it was. Except for a couple of places that needed to grow out to catch up to the rest of my hair, I was able to manage it. As a follow up, I didn't want anyone touching my hair but April! Even though her salon is two hours from my house, I made an appointment and stayed at my daughter's house until the next day. Once again, April performed a miracle. The layers are falling into place beautifully. Another plus is that April listens to how you want your hair cut and followed my instructions to the letter! Thank you so much April.

From the minute she put her hands on me I knew she was a healer. This was by far the best, most healing massage I've ever had from start to finish. I truly felt rejuvenated when I left there. I was getting over a cold and she helped to clear out my lymphatic and at the same time worked my neck to the point where I had so much relief. I unfortunately live in Florida so I can only visit her when I'm in town. If she lived close I would be a regular. Super affordable but most importantly, a true healer.

I had my nose pierced by the sweet lady who works here at True Love and it was an amazing experience. I've had my nose pierced at least once before if not twice and the first couple times it never healed correctly. But this time it has healed perfectly and I attribute that to the flat back jewelry she used in my nose and her advice of using only a saline spray with no q tips! 5 months out and my nose is completely healed! She also told me to come back when its healed and she will switch out my jewelry for a shorter bar which I will be doing very soon! Thank you True Love for the amazing experience ❤️

Ben and Mike were the ideal servicemen. RPM performed an outdoor faucet repair job (actually 3 separate hose bibs) that if gone wrong could have been a huge construction project as the valve body was located within a structural column. For the time spent on the job I was floored that the cost was only $ 117 including parts. Love these guys as they were super fiend and professional. Hope they charge more as they deserve more for that level of service. Thank you RPM ~

April 9, 2021 update: plumbers came and replaced all the old copper and pvc pipe in the crawl space. I am a strong believer in preventative maintenance vs emergency repair and the copper, with steel hangers, was showing signs of corrosion. Being 45 years old I chose to replace now. The team was outstanding; professional, efficient and clean. Total job was completed in five hours. I can’t say enough good things about this crew and organization.
July 3, 2019: 90 degrees and the fan motor burns up at 2:00 pm. Tried one local company with no success, they would be happy to assist after the holiday. I called Hiller and they had a tech with a motor there the next morning, July 4th. Back up and running by 10:00 am. Joe was great, explained everything and got the job done. John came out and quoted a new system that we are having installed. A very professional group and I will continue to use them for my maintenance and would recommend them to anyone who needs AC service.

Tried to replace a dock light and messed up, as most amateurs do, called in Hiller and they solved the problem without laughing too hard. The technician was thorough and professional.

Upon completion of our custom home build, We called 3 seperate landscaping companies in the Cookeville area. We had a fairly sizeable hardscape project to be done around the entiety of the jome exterior and patio. Safari was the only company/ owner to return my call. Andrew returned the call in a timely fashion.
Andrew’s listened to the scope of the project and schedule a sight visit within a week. Andrew’s insight and approach to the project was very professional. His explanation of how he would complete the project was exactly what we wanted and how we expected it to be done.

I needed a driveway through about 400 yards of thick woods to the building site for my house. This was a tough job that required a crew with the right equipment. Greg and his team demonstrated that they not only had the right equipment but also the expertise and work ethic to get it done properly and efficiently. I had Allen‘s tree service come out. Give an fair affordable estimate on cutting down seven trees mixed in between silver Maples and Bradford Pears.. I was tired of picking up limbs and having the Bradford Peara to split in high winds. Bryan and his crew came out and had everything knocked out in one day and you couldn’t tell that they had been in my yard. The job was done very professional and I highly recommend them..

I have longed for a good dental office for years, ever since the closing of Dr Hugh Thomson in Baxter. Through a couple of friends I was recommended to this office and for about 3 years it has been my new dental office. Dr Brad is awesome as a dentist and as a person. A year ago I called because I had just broken a tooth. It was closing time and Dr Brad was leaving for a week on a Mission trip. They told me to come right in and they got me fixed up! Who does that anymore? I went for my 6 month cleaning today and from the first greeting to the see you in 6 months I felt like I was with family and friends. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable in their job and are some of the friendliest best people you will ever meet! If you need a dental office I would certainly recommend this office. Since 5 stars is as high as you can give let me add a (+ plus) to the 5 Stars!
From the time I walked I the door I knew I was in the right office. The receptionist is so kind and friendly, she talks to you like she has known you forever. Dr. Ken is kind, friendly and caring. He listens to your concerns and does his assessment before he does any adjustments. After two visits, one with traction I can feel a significant difference in my lower back and hip discomfort.
Just a big thanks to getting me when my back was completely out. Super professional and knew exactly what to do! Would highly recommend! Thank you Beth and team!

Dr. Verble is a fantastic vet. He’s always willing to make the drive out to our house even though it’s far away from his other calls. He’s reasonably priced and the house calls make it extremely convenient to get the necessary care for our dogs. Dr. Verble is friendly and pleasant to interact with. I’m thankful to have a vet I trust to care for our pets.
Absolutely WOW!!! What an amazing office. This team is spectacular. Dr.Matthews was able to do what was necessary to get my girls through their appointment with grace. This team was very confident and kind. I am extremely grateful to have found an office that can handle my cats when they are being so misbehaved. Took my 1 yr old puppy in with his face swollen, they weren't able to find the cause but they held him for the day while I went to work and my dog loved being there with them so much that he didn't want to leave. Very different reaction than when he has went to the normal vets office. All the employees said they loved having him there and I couldn't be more grateful. They did treat him ofc and he's a lot better now. Thank you guys! Photos are before and after the visit.

Took out 4 year old toy poodle to this place for the first time yesterday, staff was so friendly and inviting they loved him from the moment he walked in he was matted badly and they had no issue shaving him, trimming his nails and bathing him. They also gave him a little bowtie after his appointment. Will for sure be coming back there and make them our groomer from now on
Our 17 year old Pug has Doggy Dementia or CCD. He starts sun downing from 8-10pm, and we've been trying to find something to help calm him down and keep him from getting up and getting lost behind furniture or a curtain. The wonderful employees we're very knowledgeable and helpful and sympathetic. And we were able to find something that helps him just right. He's able to sleep through the night and helps calm his anxiety & wondering. A+++

I was visiting my son at TTU and after hurting my back more at the hotel (I work in Healthcare so my body was already sore lol) I was in desperate need of a massage! I decided to look on Google and go down the list and everyone was booked up while I was in town! I called Center of Balance and not only did she work me in, she was understanding of me being late and took her time getting to know me/what areas I was needing work. I scheduled a 60 minute massage, but I know she worked longer than that when most actually shorten your time with paperwork/questions/and getting set up which surprised me! She was very detailed and did hit all my problem areas and more I wasn't even aware of! She done wonders for my poor back.. she was very professional and friendly which is also a bonus! And the price could NOT be beat!!
Wish I lived closer and could see her on her a regular basis, I'll definitely drop in again on my next visit!
