Copeland Veterinary Hospital

Great in and out experience and manageable affordably. Maybe my one gripe is when service is rendered you have to pay in full. A payment plan would great, but I understand they are vet clinic, not a collection agency.

We had to use their emergency services on a Saturday afternoon. Our bernedoodle was sick. We made the drive and ended up leaving her overnight for observation and to make sure after the X-ray they took that things were moving as they should be. They x-rayed her later to check how things going and her digestive system was working. There was a concern about bloat and this can be very serious. So we entrusted our baby with them overnight. It was a very good experience. Ended up her system went kicked back in gear and we were able to bring her home. The next morning. We were given an estimate up front so there were no surprises. Would use them again in an emergency.

I appreciate how easy everything was from scheduling to the visit to the medical care and instructions after our visit. Given this was a very difficult time with our dog who had a serious injury while her regular vet was on vacation, we highly recommend Copeland!
