Cannot recommend Flatt Heating & Air enough! Great communication, quick response time, and very professional. They installed our unit during our build and recently added a mini split upstairs for us. I don’t write many reviews, but every once in a while you meet people who deserve to be recognized.
Super J’s certainly knows HVAC. Their diagnostic process was thorough, their technical expertise was evident, and they approached every step with patience and confidence. But that’s not what I’ll remember most.
What I’ll remember is how they treated me.
In every interaction, I experienced genuine care, honesty, accountability, and compassion. They approached the situation as though they weren’t simply repairing equipment — they were helping a neighbor through a difficult season. That’s becoming increasingly rare these days.
Character is easy to claim when everything goes according to plan. It’s revealed when problems become more complicated than expected.
Johnny and his son, Mikey, embodied that throughout my experience. They stayed with the job until it was finished — even working until around midnight — to make sure everything was right before they called it a day. I later learned this isn’t unusual for them. That kind of commitment says something. They seem to understand that while they repair HVAC systems, they’re really caring for the people who live behind those walls. And they’re willing to sacrifice some of their own comfort to do it.
It was also a joy to watch a father and son work side by side. You could see years of experience being invested into the next generation — not only in technical skill, but in character. In one particular moment, it was Mikey who encouraged an especially generous approach to my situation. Watching Johnny support that decision made it clear that the values being passed from father to son are every bit as important as the trade itself.
You can tell this is a family whose faith shapes the way they do business. Their work reflects humility, integrity, generosity, and a genuine desire to serve people — not just customers. That kind of character can’t be taught in a trade school, and it’s every bit as valuable as technical skill.
If you’re looking for a company with exceptional technical ability, but even more importantly, exceptional character, I recommend Super J’s without hesitation.

My kitchen faucet had VERY low water pressure. A friend recently had Nick install a walk-in shower and was completely satisfied with his work. I had him come out to resolve my faucet issue with complete success. In the future Nick will be my goto plumber 👍.
The owner is so kind and so helpful. Always willing to help even in a moments notice. Can’t recommend them enough!
I rate this shop 5 stars because not only are the tattoo artists awesome at what they do, they are always friendly with their clients. I've gotten 3 tattoos done by Cory and going back for my 4th tattoo soon. Both Aaron and Cory are very good at doing tattoos. Spring Street is actually the first tattoo parlor that I've ever gone to for ink and obviously they're doing something right with the tattoo work, because I keep going back.
They were amazing.
They helped me with a birthday party at the last minuteven, though. They already had plans to go on vacation. They still found a way to help me out. Definitely would rent from them again.

I can't say enough great things about this facility and the people that work there. Being full time rvers it's great to come across a facility that does awesome work without ripping you off. Synergy is a great apothecary! People are friendly and helpful, along with all the selections of herbs are so impressive! Sometimes you can feel overwhelmed coming into a store like this but you don’t feel that way when you come into this store. It is warm, friendly, welcoming and very helpful with any questions you have!

John will always work to get me in including coming in early. He does this for customers he knows will show up. If you set an appointment he expects you to call or show up. He is only one there has pride in his work and will always do a great job. His nails will last me 3 weeks compared to others that only last two. Very sweet man I'm always happy with his work.
Oh my goodness, Kate is amazing. I had the most wonderfully relaxing massage ever. She is so professional and passionate about her job. This salon is a hidden jam. It is spacious, clean and set out so beautifully.

Sherry Has been doing my hair for 19 years. She is one of the most sweetest people you will ever meet. She ALWAYS listen to the client. If the client is asking for something to be done to their hair and Sherry thinks it will be very harmful to ones hair she want do it. Sherry is very honest. 2022: Our deepest and dearest thank you. After days of what I consider to be heroic effort Sparta Veterinary Services saved the life of my dog friend Adrian from AARF. Everyone there has exhibited professional excellence, kindness, compassion and tolerance. I am so happy Adrian is in their care. ⭐️ 555 Stars ?
UPDATE: Adrian was adopted to a family in Knoxville after recovering.
?5/20/2025: A beloved cat friend fell off of a cat tree last night. Her leg was twisted with notable pain. Within 20 minutes of calling Sparta Veterinary Services, Dr. Colwell called back with excellent compassionate advice. We took direction and our friend was stabilized for the night. Arriving at the hospital as they opened this morning our friend was seen and treated immediately. By lunchtime our friend had her broken leg set and we were instructed to pick her up at 4pm.
?We have rescued more than 20 cats and dogs since moving to north Putnam County in 2005. In my opinion Sparta Veterinary Services is the best animal hospital in our region.
7/13 a 5 star experience with our 15+ year old dog friend today.
