I came in to get my eyes checked like I normally do annually and had an awesome technician check on me. They were kind and sweet.

I was kind of nervous because in the past I'd heard a technician say I wasn't important during my visit and that really hurt my feelings. Thankfully at H&S everyone was super friendly.

Despite my misgivings about the unusual disease I have thankfully it wasn't an issue. The doctor checked me quickly thanks to the tech's work.

He clearly explained that my vision prescription hadn't changed. We even had a good laugh at people who don't regularly change their contacts.
