Will use him again, very happy with work. A gas water heater went out and Crest responded for an estimate the same day. Andy installed a new tank. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. His installation was neat and done correctly. Highly recommend Andy and the Crest team. The owner showed up an hour after being called. He found that mice had chewed into the pipe and had it fixed in about an hour. He was very nice and polite. Gladly have him fix the next plumbing problem. Came home to a major water leak at the water meter. Called five different places. Called Crest and Jeff the owner came out and took care of the issue. Not all heroes wear capes. Andy did a thorough job. He was friendly and articulate. He cleared the clog in an outside pipe and put a camera through to find out what the problem was.
