If you’re thinking about ordering flowers from this florist, call the store directly! I made the mistake of ordering through a third-party service (Teleflora), and an error happened with my order. What impressed me most was that Jerry could have easily chalked it up to the third party and moved on, but he didn’t.
Instead, Jerry personally called me, took the time to understand what happened, and went above and beyond to make it right himself. He was incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely cared about me as a customer. That kind of personal service is rare, and it meant so much to me.
